ReplyDeleteCongratulations Ms Kaylee on so many views!
ReplyDeleteIt’s obvious that the initial purpose of the blog, “Inspiring women to lead and men to submit,” is playing out as you hoped. Your posts bring up real-life issues from a communicative and loving WLM - creating discussions that are meaningful and insightful. Luckily for all of us, your husband craved submission, was brave enough to ask you for your leadership, and you were strong enough to take on the challenge. You are a thoughtful, giving couple. I look forward to reading every post.
“Most women do not crave domination in the same way that you crave submission,” you said in the previous post. This blog is exceptional because many women new to, or well into WLMs, are posting, commenting, teaching, questioning and learning as well. I humbly say thank you to these women, and congratulations to all of you for finding this real-life WLM blog, applying its techniques to your own fascinating relationship.

My husband has acknowledged some deep feelings to me related to this. He says that he began to realize at a very early age that he did not feel totally "equal" to females. He did not mean this in a negative kind of way. He simply said he had feelings around it. He also said that he became aware that he had a certain kind of sometimes embarrassing but very deep sense that it often felt "right" and "good" to take directions from females. He said he had had submissive fantasies for a long time and even as a boy but that this was a bit different in that he felt it in his body - that it felt more "natural" at times to just take direction from females. He has appreciated this deeply in our connection as I can very much "fit" as the director.
ReplyDeleteSounds like he is lucky to have found you. From what you describe he is a natural submissive and that is a great thing for you to :). Enjoy it!
